Anywho your exp goes up 1 point per post. For example:

10 posts= 10 exp

20 post= 20 exp

ect...

Also every 30 posts you move up a level.*

So your health will go up by 10 every level.

level 1= 50

level 2= 60

level 3= 70

level 4= 80

ect...

*(After level 7 levels won't go up till 50 posts)
